We do not offer refunds on our products. However, we stand behind the quality of our supplements and will replace any items that arrive damaged.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for a free replacement. To qualify:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide proof of damage (photos or description)Â
- Contact us at contact@nuation.com to initiate the replacement process
Return Process
To start a return for a damaged item:
- Email us at contact@nuation.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and proof of damage
- If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions
Important:Â Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
